Our website and our products do their best to be self-explanatory, but sometimes a detail can fall through the cracks, or maybe you’re just curious about one of our business practices. I placed an order. What are typical processing and shipping times?
Shipping varies by location. Orders under $50 travelling to the United States take 5-7 business days and ship via first-class parcel post. Orders over $50 travelling to the United States take 2-3 business days and ship via Priority mail. International orders will take longer the further from United States it needs to travel. Canadian orders typically arrive around 10 days after they ship. Packages to Europe and Australia take roughly two weeks.
Processing typically takes 7-10 days. All of our products are made-to-order. In other words, we don’t make it until you order it. This helps us drive costs down so we’re able to offer our products at a price much lower than our competition. Custom orders can take longer depending on complexity of the design.
Tracking Infomation is provided for most orders. PayPal will automatically send tracking information to the e-mail address you use during checkout. If you pay using a PayPal account, it’s important to make sure your e-mail address is up to date, or PayPal might send your tracking information to an old e-mail address. This can be different than the address you use when you check out with us.
